Our Story
Built on a single building.
The Fady Group portfolio began with one property — El Fenice — a building chosen for its architecture, its location, and the kind of residents it would attract. The same standards we set then guide every acquisition we make today.
From a flagship asset, the company has grown to include Freeport Meadows, a stabilized eighty-six unit community in Freeport, Texas; a row of townhomes on Beverly Hill Street in Houston; and a curated portfolio of single-family residences.
